Wurstküche

The GRN guys recently dragged me out of the office to eat at a new restaurant in downtown LA. Wurstküche is insane. First, you pick out a sausage from this amazing deli style case. The options include Rattlesnake/Rabbit/Veal, Alligator/Pork, Duck/Pork, and several others which all look delectable. Next, you pick two toppings like sweet peppers, spicy peppers, sauerkraut, etc... Finally, you get some double cooked Belgian (what's up heritage!?) fries and go to work with the dipping sauce options like blue cheese/bacon, chipotle aioli, and more.

We all chose different options and went to work. LA Times was there shooting photos and documented my first Wurstküche experience.
