so..apparently, sometime a few months ago when Noel Gallager of Oasis found out Jay-z was gonna headline the Glastonbury Festival, he threw some gay mop top rampage about fuck rap and blah blah wanker blah...so...this was Jay's tribute to the angriest little man on the planet.
